A Day Retreat for Mothers

You give so much. You hold so much. This day is for you.

 

Come as you are; tired, joyful, overwhelmed and step into a space created just for mothers, where you can breathe, soften, and return to yourself.
 

This retreat offers a carefully crafted blend of emotional support, gentle yoga, guiding you through a day of rest, reflection, and reconnection.

This is not a workshop. Not a class. It’s a day to be gently held, to listen inward and to reclaim the parts 
of yourself that are often put aside.

 

£200.00 per person (Lunch not included)

 

No Yoga experience required.

What the day includes: 

 

• Gentle yoga & breath work.

 

• Time for light discussion and contemplation for insight and connection.

 

• Moments of stillness to ground, restore, and listen inward.

• A shared midday pause with refreshing drinks, nourishing snacks, and thoughtful company. Cafe located downstairs at Burgh House.

Frederique Glazer is an accredited psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through the many stages of life. Her integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic models to meet each individual where they are in a way that feels natural and attuned. She believes growth doesn’t stop with age; it deepens and continues to move and surprise us.  With warmth, clarity, and care, Frederique creates spaces where people can explore their inner world, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with gentleness and strength.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Emily has trained under outstanding practitioners,leading experts and authors Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, She has blended elements of Vinyasa Flow, Qigong and restorative yoga to create a class where movement is connected with the breath. This enables the body to experience an internal dialogue which draws upon the body’s wisdom enabling the student to go beyond perceived limitations and enjoy a deeper, safer practice.​​​​
