About the Facilitators
Frederique Glazer is an accredited psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through the many stages of life. Her integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic models to meet each individual where they are in a way that feels natural and attuned. She believes growth doesn’t stop with age; it deepens and continues to move and surprise us. With warmth, clarity, and care, Frederique creates spaces where people can explore their inner world, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with gentleness and strength.
Emily has trained under outstanding practitioners, leading experts and authors Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, She has blended elements of Vinyasa Flow, Qigong and restorative yoga to create a practice where movement is connected with the breath. This enables the body to experience an internal dialogue which draws upon the body’s wisdom enabling the student to go beyond perceived limitations and enjoy a deeper, safer practice.
