A Gentle Day Retreat for Mothers
Thursday 19th June, Burgh House
10:00am – 3:00pm
With Psychotherapist
Frederique Glazier & Yoga Teacher, Em

You give so much. You hold so much. This day is for you. Come as you are; tired, joyful, overwhelmed, curious and step into a space created just for mothers, where you can breathe, soften, and return to yourself.
Led by a psychotherapist and a yoga teacher, this retreat offers a carefully crafted blend of emotional support and embodied care. Together, they will gently guide you through a day of rest, reflection, and reconnection.
This is not a workshop. Not a class. It’s a day to be gently held, to listen inward, and to reclaim the parts
of yourself that are often put aside.
What the day includes:
• Gentle yoga & breathwork to support ease and embodiment.
• Psychotherapeutic reflections & group sharing for insight and connection.
• Creative expression through visualisation, discussion, and light artistic exploration.
• Moments of stillness to ground, restore, and listen inward.
• A shared midday pause with refreshing drinks, nourishing snacks, and thoughtful company. Cafe located downstairs at Burgh House.
This is not a workshop. Not a class. It’s a day of tending to yourself and the wisdom you already carry.
£200.00 per person (Lunch not included)
No Yoga experience required.
