You are still growing. In thought, in feeling, in presence. This day is for tending to the quieter parts of yourself—those that are still curious, wise, and becoming.

Join us for a soft and spacious gathering designed to support your mental and emotional well-being.

Blending gentle yoga, calming breathwork, meaningful conversation, and reflective exercises, this day invites you to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. Each moment is offered as an invitation, not a requirement. Whether you’re drawn to quiet contemplation or heartfelt sharing, you’ll find space here for both.

What the day includes:

• Gentle yoga & breathwork to support ease and embodiment.

• Psychotherapeutic reflections & group sharing for insight and connection.

• Creative expression through visualisation, discussion, and light artistic exploration.

• Moments of stillness to ground, restore, and listen inward.

• A shared midday pause with refreshing drinks, nourishing snacks, and thoughtful company. Cafe located downstairs at Burgh House.

This is not a workshop. Not a class. It’s a day of tending to yourself and the wisdom you already carry.

£200.00 per person (Lunch not included)

No Yoga experience required.
